As we enjoy the warm summer days in Inver Grove Heights, there’s a variety of events lined up to bring our community together. Here’s a look at some upcoming happenings you won’t want to miss.
Live Music at Mississippi Pub
Enjoy live acoustic performances at Mississippi Pub’s patio and Buoy Bar. Performances are scheduled as follows:
- Patio Acoustics: Wednesdays and Thursdays from 6–9 PM; Sundays from 4–7 PM.
- Buoy Bar Acoustics: Fridays from 6–9 PM; Saturdays from 4–7 PM.
It’s a perfect setting to relax with good music, cold drinks, and beautiful river views.
Summer Food Truck Festival
Mark your calendars for the Summer Food Truck Festival on Wednesday, July 15, from 5–8 PM at the Rich Valley Athletic Complex. The event will feature over 10 food trucks offering a variety of cuisines, live music entertainment, and family-friendly activities. While the event is free to attend, food and beverages will be available for purchase. Remember to bring cash, as some vendors may not accept cards. Leashed dogs are welcome, and seating is limited, so consider bringing a blanket or chair.
IGH Days 2026
Looking ahead, IGH Days 2026 is set for September 9–13. This five-day community celebration will include a variety of events such as a food truck festival, live music, and family-friendly activities. Stay tuned for more details as the dates approach.
