Music in the Park
Join us for free, family-friendly concerts at South Valley Park, located at 2810 70th St. E. Performances are scheduled on select Tuesdays at 10:30 a.m. Bring a blanket or lawn chair and enjoy live music in a beautiful outdoor setting. The upcoming lineup includes:
- July 7: Todd’n’Tina
- July 14: Kidpower Music and Animal Show
- July 21: Will Hale and the Tadpole Parade
- July 28: Riffin’ Griffin
Arrive early to claim your spot and consider bringing a picnic lunch to enjoy after the show. Restroom facilities with changing tables are available on-site. Free parking is provided at South Valley Park, with overflow parking at North Valley Park, accessible via a short walk through the connecting tunnel.
Food Truck Festival
Mark your calendars for the 2026 Summer Food Truck Festival on Wednesday, July 15, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Rich Valley Athletic Complex, located at 1841 105th Street E. This event features a variety of food trucks offering diverse culinary options, live musical entertainment, community organization booths, yard games, and giveaways from the Parks & Recreation Department. It’s a perfect opportunity to enjoy a summer evening with family and friends.
Regular Bingo Nights
For those who enjoy games of chance, consider attending regular bingo nights at local venues:
- The Moose Lodge 1088: Bingo sessions are held on Mondays from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and Tuesdays from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at 5927 Concord Blvd.
- Drkula’s 32 Bowl: Join Wednesday Bingo at 6:30 p.m. and Saturday Bingo at 12:00 p.m. at 6710 Cahill Ave.
