The city has also embraced community art initiatives, such as the ‘Hands On Art- Mosaic Benches’ project. This program invites participants to collaborate with local artists to create mosaic designs for benches at the Veterans Memorial Community Center playground and Simley Island Park. Open to individuals aged 5 and older, these workshops foster creativity and community spirit.
