Located at 4465 66th Street E., Swing Bridge Park offers stunning views of the Mississippi River. Visitors can walk out onto the 680-foot pier extending over the river or enjoy the scenic overlook. The park features historical elements like an arch, railroad tracks, and a large gear from the original bridge. A trailhead facility connects to the Mississippi River Regional Trail, providing amenities such as bike fix-it stations, restrooms, and benches. Park hours are from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
North and South Valley Parks
These adjacent parks, connected by a path under 70th Street E., offer a range of amenities. North Valley Park features baseball and softball fields, tennis and pickleball courts, picnic areas, and nearly a mile of trails, including a paved bike trail. South Valley Park includes playground equipment, a picnic shelter, grills, and a softball field. Together, they host the 18-hole Inver Grove Heights Disc Golf Course, open year-round with a nominal fee from May to September.
