Today’s Events & Upcoming Highlights in Inver Grove Heights

Hey neighbors! Here’s what’s going on today and coming up around Inver Grove Heights. Whether you want live music, local eats, or community fun — there’s something for everyone.

Tonight

Summer Acoustics is back at Mississippi Pub, with mellow live tunes over dinner this evening. Great for relaxing with friends or family by the river.

In the Next Week

  • Bingo Nights at Drkula’s 32 Bowl happen every Wednesday at 6:30 here in IGH — a fun and casual way to connect with folks.
  • Saturday Bingo sessions also run at Drkula’s at noon — bring a group, grab some lunch, and make an afternoon of it.
  • The St. Paul Farmers’ Market returns Sundays, 8 a.m.–1 p.m. at the Veterans Memorial Community Center parking lot — tons of local produce, crafts, and community chatter.
  • Food Truck Festival at Rich Valley Athletic Complex was recent, but keep your eye out — similar festivals will happen through IGH Days next month.

Coming Up: Big Local Traditions

IGH Days is set for September 9–13: a week filled with parades, family events, live entertainment, and community celebration.

Quick Tips

  • Many events are free — but things like food or parking may cost, so bring some cash or cards.
  • If the weather looks dicey, check IGH Parks & Rec’s weather hotline — they’ll post updates if events move indoors or get canceled.
  • For the full calendar — grab your phone and check the “Events” section at VisitIGH.com or the city’s community events page to stay in the loop.

Got an event to share? Reach out and I’ll try to include it next time. See you around town!
