Swing Bridge Park
Located at 4465 66th Street E, Swing Bridge Park provides stunning views of the Mississippi River. The park features a 680-foot pier extending over the river, a scenic overlook, and historical artifacts, including an arch, railroad tracks, and a large gear from the original bridge. A trailhead facility connects visitors to the Mississippi River Regional Trail, offering restrooms, water stations, and benches. The park is open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
North Valley Park
For disc golf enthusiasts, North Valley Park at 2800 70th St. E. boasts an 18-hole course winding through wooded terrain and open spaces. The course caters to both beginners and experienced players, providing a challenging and enjoyable experience.
South Valley Park
South Valley Park, located at 2810 70th St. E., features wide walking paths, a spacious playground with swings and climbing walls, and a disc golf course. The park’s natural setting and amenities make it a popular spot for families and outdoor enthusiasts.
Indoor Recreation
The Grove Aquatic & Fitness Center
Situated within the Veterans Memorial Community Center at 8055 Barbara Ave, The Grove offers an indoor water park with water slides, a leisure pool, a lap pool, and a diving well. Additional amenities include a fitness center, aerobics studio, gymnasium, and two ice arenas. Daily admission rates are $8 for individuals and $25 for families up to four people.
Nowhere Entertainment
For year-round indoor fun, Nowhere Entertainment at 5300 S Robert Trail #300 features escape rooms, mini-golf, arcade games, and seasonal haunted house attractions. The venue offers varying scare levels, including low-scare and no-scare options suitable for families.

Heritage Days
